On 23rd May, Pinkfong and the emblematic Baby Shark dropped an adorable video where the animated duo befriended Merli, short for Merlion, and visited various local tourist attractions.
Depicting the multi-cultural lifestyles in Singapore with landmarks from Little India, Chinatown, and heritage shophouses, the clip has already amassed over a hundred thousand views on Youtube.
Earning acclaim with their iconic ‘Baby Shark’ song and dance, the Pinkfong version had been the most-viewed video in the whole of the platform’s history with 7 billion views and now, has over 10.6 billion hits and counting.
‘Sing, Sing, Singapore’ is a collaboration between the popular South Korean entertainment company and the Singapore Tourism Board. Other artists like NCT Dream, Cardi B, and Street Woman Fighter's Aiki also boast of partnerships with the reputable kids channel.
