One of Manila's brilliant producers, Jorge Juan Wieneke V, more commonly known as his alter ego similarobjects, is all set to head out to Loop 2016 – one of the world's most cutting-edge gatherings of cultural creatives, diverse thinkers, technologists and music educators powered by Berlin-based music technology company, Ableton. The summit is happening at Funkhaus Berlin on 4-6 November, and similarobjects is the only representative from the Philippines currently in the roster.

To help raise funds in support of his travel to Berlin, Jorge is hosting Placed Into Abyss, a live music gig which also doubles as his birthday party. The show is happening this coming Friday, 21 October, at Warehouse Eight in Makati, and will feature performances by some of your favorite musical souls: rhxanders, Eyedress, Similarobjects & Nouvul, no rome, Moon Mask (FKA ULZZANG PISTOL), FANTOMO, LUSTBASS, Asch, and HERNANDEZ BROTHERS.

The entrance fee for the event is PHP 200. Those who will attend are in for a treat because not only will this get you into the massive show, it will also get you a free download code for a special compilation of never-before-heard similarobjects material.
