Play together with your favorite classical composers on NomadPlay

There's a new fun way for musicians to play alongside some of the world's renowned classical virtuosos.

Virtual music platform NomadPlay is extending its reach to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to give musicians—both amateurs and professionals—a new immersive experience to improving their skills. Think of it as karaoke, but for classical artists.

“NomadPlay is a marvellous way to learn while having fun," French violinist Renaud Capuçon, the platform’s ambassador, says in a statement. "With NomadPlay, you can play, learn a work, pick up faster reflexes while listening to the other parts, all while enjoying yourself!”

NomadPlay allows users to customize their practice sessions to their liking. Its features include silencing any intrument, creating loop segments, slowing down or speeding up rhythm, writing annotations, and downloading pieces for offline practice.

Over 1000 titles are available on the platform, including pieces by Mozart, Ravel, Vivaldi, Paganini, Beethoven, Dvořák, Brahms, and Fauré. NomadPlay will also include jazz titles by Fall 2020.

NomadPlay is now available on smartphones, tablets, and desktops via Google Play and Apple Store for SGD 9.99 per month. Download NomadPlay and get a free 15-day trial here.
