When PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE first touched down in Singapore for Music Matters Live, their performance left a mark. Now, a year later, the seven-member J-pop group is back, riding high on a wave of new music, international tours, and a growing global fandom.
“Coming back to Singapore is really exciting,” the group shares, beaming. “The last time, so many fans were singing along with us — it gave us so much energy. We can’t wait to see everyone again.”

Experimenting with PSYCHIC FILE III
This June, PSYCHIC FEVER released their third EP, PSYCHIC FILE III. “We got four songs in the EP,” they explain. “The theme is… experimental songs. So I think you guys can feel four totally different vibes of the songs.”
The record highlights their versatility, moving across sounds and moods in a way that continues to push the group’s artistry forward. "These songs were a turning point for us."
What’s next: ‘SWISH DAT’
They’re not slowing down either. In October, PSYCHIC FEVER release a brand new track called ‘SWISH DAT ’ It’s one of the theme songs for a Japanese TV program,” they reveal. “We have a ninja style in the music, in the music video as well — so please check it out.” The track is slated to be released on 24 October and will be the opening theme for TV Asahi × Toei's Kamen no Ninja Akakage.

Expanding across Asia and beyond
This year marks the group’s first time performing in Sydney and Macau, with their own concerts lined up for Taipei and Bangkok. “We are excited for that,” they say. "We did so many concerts in so many cities and people sang our song — that gave us a lot of confidence.”
They also recall their first tours in the U.S. and Europe: “It was really tough and really hard because we haven’t been there, like a single time. As a group, it was our first time being there and then doing a tour as well. But we support each other so well, especially RYOGA and TSURUGI — they lead us so well.”
A brotherhood years in the making
Part of what keeps PSYCHIC FEVER steady through the challenges of touring is their long-standing bond. “We’ve known each other for like 15 years, or like 10 years,” they share. “We are like a family right now. So we support each other so well, and then we learn a lot of things. We really, really expanded our journey.”
Back at Music Matters Live
Their return to Music Matters Live feels especially meaningful. “The first time we came, there were so many fans singing together. We are very happy,” they recall. “It’s been a long time since we saw our Singapore fans. So we are so excited and I’ll do my best on stage. Hope to see you at Music Matters Live.”
With new music on the way and shows lined up across the world, PSYCHIC FEVER continue to prove that their energy, brotherhood, and fan connection are what make them one of J-pop’s most promising global acts.
