Musicians and artists have been stepping up in the fight against the coronavirus outbreak.

Filipino rapper Quest unveiled his latest single 'Rise' on Wednesday (04/01) in an effort to spread awareness about the effects of COVID-19. Along with its release, the 'Sige Lang' act announced that 100% of his royalties from the song will be donated to the PGH Medical Foundation.

"The idea was to do an on the spot song writing with my Team Quest during our fund raising live stream to #FightCOVID19," Quest writes in a statement. "We ended up creating an anthem. So please sing with us. Words are powerful. We are powerful. Let's all be beacons of hope during this season and let us all unite to rise to the occasion."
