Famed Japanese whisky Suntory is celebrating 100 years.
For its centennial tribute, it has enlisted Academy Award-winning film director Sofia Coppola. The director brings together John Wick star Keanu Reeves, RADWIMPS vocalist and guitarist Yojiro Noda, Hysteric Glamour founder Nobuhiko Kitamura, and editor and radio DJ Kunichi Nomura.

In Coppola's 2003 film, Lost In Translation, Suntory taps Bill Murray's character Bob Harris to star in the nostlagic Suntory commercials. Both Nomura and Kitamura also make appearances in the movie.
Together with RADWIMPS, Noda is currently on tour with Asia dates scheduled for this July. Meanwhile, Coppola is set to release her first self-written book titled Sofia Coppola Archive: 1999-2023 this September, a collection of her past work including The Virgin Suicides and Marie Antoinette. The director is also currently working on her latest film, Priscilla.
