The track exposes a more vulnerable side to fans that they may not have seen—showing Rayi to be a family man and a romantic. When asked about the inspiration behind the song, he shared, “Not many people know this side of me — the romantic, intimate part of how I build a relationship with my wife, how I’ve become a family person. It’s all in this song.”

Much like the title suggests, 'Istriku' is a track written for and about his wife. It reflects on personal moments and fond memories the two have created and captures their dream of a loving, harmonious, and supportive romantic relationship—drawing inspiration from special moments between them that many might regard as "couple goals".

The stripped-back slow hip-hop tone of the song paired with the meaningful vocals perfectly aligns with Rayi Putra's signature style of music—giving the track an even greater personal touch through Rayi being his authentic self. “This is how I’ve lived my relationship.
