Time well spent: Reese Lansangan dedicates a homecoming gig for friends and fans

Reese Lansangan is home. For the few hours she was on and off the stage at 123 Block last weekend (07/01), at least.

After spending most of 2022 in Japan, the Filipino singer-songwriter returned to the Philippines for a night of stories and music in her homecoming show, aptly titled Hello Again Goodbye.

Dozens of Reese Kids (now mostly grown ups, flying in from different parts of the country) turned up to welcome Reese back where she truly belonged: onstage. Intimate and carefully thought-out - from intricate merch to a private Welcome Party for VIP ticket holders - the event was Reese's first gig in Manila in almost a year.

Supported by her dear friends and fellow musicians, bird., Josh Villena, and I Belong To The Zoo, Reese performed with her live band – Gabba Santiago on drums, Josh Villena on guitar, and Eco Del Rio on bass.

Here's what went down at the show in photos.
