The Filipino Music Awards is a new, arena-scale celebration of OPM presented by Modern Media Group Inc. and produced by AGC Power Holdings, honoring 20 awards across five pillars: Genre, People’s Choice, Legacy, Grand, and Special. Most trophies are jury-decided by OPM icons and industry veterans; People’s Choice is purely fan-voted, while the Grand Awards blend jury deliberation with metric success. The inaugural show is set for 21 October at SM Mall of Asia Arena, with thousands of fans and 500+ artists and industry leaders expected.
