Sensation will finally be coming to Singapore.

The international dance music party, which has seen tremendous success worldwide, will be held in Singapore for the first time since its inception in 2000. Sensation was founded in Amsterdam and has travelled to over 40 cities worldwide, with events in London, Prague, Dubai, Bangkok and Jakarta.

Sensation is well known for turning indoor venues into mega-nightclubs with all-white themed parties complete with top tier DJs. In Singapore, the party will undertake a huge transformation: that of the Changi Exhibition Centre. Just for reference, that's the place that has hosted Metallica and Guns N' Roses. 

While acts for the festival have yet to be announced, Sensation Singapore will take place on September 1, with promoter ID&T's general manager Eric Keijer promising DJs from DJ Mag's Top 10 list, pyrotechnics and more.

Sensation Singapore will take place on 1 September at the Changi Exhibition Centre. Sensation Singapore will be co-promoted by Dutch entertainment group ID&T and Singapore-based concert promoters, IME. Ticket prices and details have yet to be announced, but tickets are expected to go on sale in the coming months.
