SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan has officially completed his mandatory military service, becoming the first member of the 13-piece K-pop group to be discharged.
The singer finished his service on 25 June, after enlisting as a public service worker on 26 September 2024. His return marks the beginning of a new chapter for both the idol and the group, as SEVENTEEN continues to navigate an extended enlistment period.
Jeonghan is the first member to complete his service, while Wonwoo is currently serving as a public service worker. Hoshi and Woozi are fulfilling active-duty military service, with Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino also expected to begin their enlistments in the coming months.

Ahead of Jeonghan's discharge, SEVENTEEN reunited with fans at the CARAT LAND fan meeting on 20 and 21 June at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. The annual event served as one of the group's final large-scale appearances before more members temporarily stepped away for military duties.
As enlistments continue over the next few years, the group's promotions are expected to continue with available members while fans welcome each member back one by one. Jeonghan's return marks the first milestone in that journey, with many CARATs already looking forward to his next activities following his discharge.
