INS LAND is levelling up Shanghai’s nightlife scene once again. Ahead of its third anniversary on 16 June, the urban entertainment complex has unveiled three brand-new concepts — Soul House, Radi, and Jump — as part of its growing multi-format entertainment ecosystem.

Recently ranked No. 12 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs worldwide and No. 3 in Asia, INS LAND says the new openings signal a shift from being a “club cluster” into what it calls an “urban playground”, where guests can move between fully immersive nightlife experiences under one ticketed system.

Leading the expansion is Soul House, described as INS LAND’s most ambitious immersive concept yet. The venue features multiple themed rooms, each built around its own narrative world, complete with custom beverage menus, theatrical scenography, and storytelling-driven spaces that blur the lines between nightlife and immersive theatre.

Meanwhile, Radi has reopened following a full redesign and expansion. The refreshed venue now boasts upgraded sound and lighting systems alongside a more design-forward identity, positioning it as one of the flagship destinations within the INS LAND portfolio.

Rounding out the trio is Jump, a high-energy club centred around movement and electronic music culture. Its standout feature? A spring-loaded dance floor designed to keep crowds literally bouncing through nights soundtracked by electronic and bounce-focused programming.

“Soul House, Radi, and Jump are our answer to 2026,” said Leo Liu, Cofounder and Head of Brand and Growth at INS LAND, in a statement. “With a single ticket, guests don't just visit a venue; they enter a world where experiences are reborn every 45 days.”

Located in central Shanghai, INS LAND currently operates 20 fully owned venues spanning nightlife, dining, music, and immersive entertainment. The complex welcomed more than 4 million visitors in 2025 and has collaborated with brands including Mercedes-Benz, Nike, Douyin, Doritos, and Publicis Groupe. The company is also preparing for international expansion, with INS LAND Bangkok slated to open in 2027.
