Shoegaze band Ceremony to perform in Singapore

[UPDATE, 6 June: this post has been amended to reflect a change in venue and ticket price.]

American shoegaze band Ceremony are set to perform in Singapore this June.

Ceremony formed in 2005 after legendary band Skywave disbanded, and has since become John Fedowitz's solo project, with a changing lineup of participating musicians who help with releases and tours. (Note: this band is not to be confused with Ceremony, the hardcore/punk band led by Ross Farrar.)

The band will be releasing a new album this May titled East Coast, and will head to Singapore the month after thanks to Other Sounds and Middle Class Cigars. The band will be supported by local shoegaze acts Stellarium and Cosmic Child.
