Sketch Show fans, it’s time to mark your calendars. For one night only, the iconic electronic duo of Yukihiro Takahashi and Haruomi Hosono are bringing their rare concert film WILD SKETCH SHOW - SKETCH SHOW LIVE 2002 to YouTube.
Streaming on 19 September, Friday at 8PM (JST), the film will be available globally for the first time ever — commemorating the anniversary of their influential debut album audio sponge.
Originally released on DVD back in 2003, the concert captures Sketch Show’s unforgettable performance at Shibuya AX during their December 2002 tour. Expect intricate synth wizardry, pulsating beats, and next-level stage production — plus appearances by Keigo Oyamada (Cornelius), Hirofumi Tokutake, and a special guest set from Ryuichi Sakamoto.
