You Yokoyama is back with the next chapter of his solo journey. The SUPER EIGHT member has officially released his sophomore solo album, ROCK FOR YOU, now available to stream worldwide.

Serving as the follow-up to 2025's ROCK TO YOU, the new record marks the evolution of Yokoyama's solo project, which began as what he described as a year-long journey of growth and self-discovery. Earlier this year, the singer hinted at what was to come with a simple message to fans: "I have more to say."

The album arrives after the release of double digital singles 'Pistol' and 'KANJOU MAIGO' in April, as well as sold-out performances at Osaka Castle Hall and Zepp Haneda. Alongside those tracks, ROCK FOR YOU also includes 'Arigato', which Yokoyama debuted live in May, plus six brand-new songs featuring lyrics written by the artist himself.

One of the album's highlights is 'Pudding', a collaboration with fellow SUPER EIGHT member Shota Yasuda, who composed the music for the track. The pair previously worked together on 'cHocolate' and 'Kicyu' from Yokoyama's debut solo album, ROCK TO YOU.

Across the record, Yokoyama continues to channel his personal experiences into heartfelt rock songs, embracing vulnerability while reflecting on the challenges and growth that have shaped both his career and relationship with fans.

Following the album's release, Yokoyama will hit the road for his ROCK FOR YOU LIVE TOUR, beginning 18 August with a 12-city run across Japan.
