Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) has announced a new initiative to improve the quality of music production in China.

On July 12, TME launched the Producers Alliance, a new partnership structure which seeks to support artists on music production in China.

Through financial incentives and connecting music producers with industry partners, the initiative will provide more opportunities for producers and empower them to realise their fullest artistic and commercial potential. 

As of July 12, 90 producers in the Asian region have joined the TME Producers Alliance, including recent award winners of The 33rd Golden Melody Awards such as Chris Hou, Huang Shao Yong, and Howe Chen. Moving forward, TME will continue its efforts to provide platform resources to support the growth of producers and high-quality music creation.
