The Strokes just wrapped up their first-ever tour of Asia.
The indie rock legends held solo concerts in Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Singapore, and headlined We The Fest in Jakarta, Fuji Rock Festival in Japan, and Incheon Pentaport Rock Fest in Korea.

The band was originally slated to headline Good Vibes Festival in Kuala Lumpur on 23 July 2023, however, the rest of the festival weekend was cancelled. To make up to their fans in Malaysia, The Strokes added a second Singapore concert date to accommodate fans from the neighbouring city.

As they wrapped up their Asia tour, frontman Julian Casablancas took to Instagram to say his thanks to everyone who showed up at the shows, and gave a shout-out to fans in Malaysia and the Philippines, countries they were not able to visit during their month-long stint in the region.

The Strokes are set to hold solo shows in the US, as well as headline festivals in Europe this month.
