The Vietnamese-American singer has returned with a new playful visual for her track 'i figured u out' that talks about finally piecing together the complex puzzle of a one-sided relationship. The song comes as part of her debut EP I hope u see this that dropped last October.
In the last year, thuy has been making headlines for her soothing, angelic vocals and nostalgic R&B sound, amassing millions of streams across the world.
Her highly anticipated debut EP is a collection of stories that touch on growing and rising from heartache, and regaining self-confidence. Speaking on the record, thuy says, "The project has been in the works since the pandemic started, and when I thought of the title 'i hope u see this', I immediately knew that this is what I was going to call the project. Every track has a message that I felt needed to be heard."
