Tiffany Young is stepping into a new chapter with her debut solo studio album.
Released on 20 August, Edge of Calm marks the Girls' Generation member's first full-length solo record and her second release under Pacific Music Group (PMG) and Pacific Records.
The 11-track album centres on vulnerability, reassurance, and finding clarity amid uncertainty. Its title reflects that emotional push and pull: "Edge" represents anticipation and complete immersion, while "Calm" represents balance and clarity.
At the heart of the record is its title track, 'Edge of Calm', which explores the comfort of simply being present for someone when words fall short. The album arrived alongside an official music video for the track.
Edge of Calm also features 'Summer's Not Over' and its Korean version. Released earlier in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Tiffany's solo debut, the single's music video has surpassed 1.8 million views on YouTube, while the track has accumulated more than 487,000 streams on Spotify.
Known globally as a member of Girls' Generation, Tiffany expands on her work as a solo artist with Edge of Calm, taking on roles beyond performing and singing as a songwriter, creative director, and storyteller.
Fans across Asia will also get to experience the new era live. Tiffany is set to embark on the Edge of Calm Tour beginning 12 September in Hong Kong, followed by stops in Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok. The tour will conclude with a homecoming show in Seoul on 27 December.
