Fans of classic soft rock are in for a nostalgic night as TOAST heads to the Philippines for a pair of shows celebrating the music of Bread. Dubbed TOAST: The Best of BREAD, the tribute act will perform on 12 August at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City before making their way to the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel on 15 August.
Known for their strikingly accurate renditions of Bread’s biggest hits, TOAST has built a reputation for recreating the warm and sentimental sound that defined the soft rock icons of the ‘70s. Audience members have described the experience as “spot on” to the original recordings, with many praising the band for bringing back memories tied to Bread’s music.
Concertgoers can expect beloved tracks such as 'Make It With You', 'If', 'Baby I’m-A-Want-You', and 'Everything I Own' to be part of the setlist. The band is also set to perform fan favourites including 'Aubrey', 'Sweet Surrender', 'It Don’t Matter To Me', 'Guitar Man', and 'Lost Without Your Love'.
Special guest Noel Cabangon will also join the Manila and Cebu shows.
Ticket prices for the Smart Araneta Coliseum show are priced at PHP 5,800, 4,800, 3,800, 2,800, 2,300, and 1,800, while Cebu ticket prices range from PHP 4,500 to 1,000. Tickets are available via Ovation Tickets. The concerts are presented by Ovation Productions in cooperation with Blast TV.
