TOMORROW X TOGETHER complete victory lap wrapping up ACT: LOVESICK World Tour in Manila

It's hard to believe that TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) only debuted barely three years ago.

Last night, the 'Good Boy Gone Bad' act wrapped up their ACT: LOVESICK World Tour in Manila. Serving as their first-ever world tour, the tour took the group across 13 cities around the globe including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Osaka, Tokyo, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Manila. The tour kicked off in Chicago's famed Lollapalooza music festival, where TXT made history as the first K-pop group to perform in the festival, alongside BIGHIT Music labelmate and pop superstar, BTS' j-hope.

At their Manila show, TXT gave it their best onstage with Filipino MOAs (fans of TXT) radiating the same amount of love and energy for Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai. In an interview with GMA News, the 5-piece shared: "We will back back soon so please wait for us."

Showing their affection for their Filipino MOAs, TXT's Taehyun sang The Itchyworms' classic 'Akin Ka Nalang' on Day 1, with Beomgyu and Hueningkai (as well as Manila's pitch perfect audience) joining in on Day 2. The iconic Filipino band reacted to the TXT cover saying it would be an honour for TXT to have a Korean version of the fan favourite track.

The surprise cover was keeping up with the tradition of TXT singing local favourites in the cities they visit. The Gen Z "It" boys performed their Japanese tracks 'Force' and 'Ring' in their Summer Sonic sets, and sang Indonesian singer-songwriter Tulus' hit song, 'Hati-Hati di Jalan'.

Closing the final leg of their first world tour, TXT delivered a heartfelt message to their fans: “The first world tour was an opportunity for us five members to become a stronger team. Most importantly, words cannot express how grateful we are, as ‘ACT : LOVESICK’ would not have come true without our MOA’s love and support. Unfortunately, ‘ACT : LOVESICK’ has ended, but TOMORROW X TOGETHER will continue to bring great music and performance, so please look forward to our next chapter.”
