Universal Music Publishing China officially welcomes RYCE Publishing to the Universal family.
On November 7, Universal Music Publishing China (UMP China) announced the signing of a global publishing agreement with RYCE Publishing, allowing significant outreach to wider audiences.

UMP China will provide further support and opportunities for RYCE’s team and focus on expanding its catalog of songwriters and producers, enhancing its regional standing.
In addition, UMP China leads global administration responsibilities for a myriad of top-selling hits that consistently push the envelope for C-pop, such as ‘Adore’ by TFBOYS, ‘100 Ways’ by Jackson Wang, ‘EASIER’ by Amber Liu feat. Jackson Wang, and many more.
The strategic decision generates new opportunities for Korean acts Super Junior, EXO-CBX, GOT7, Twice, and more to promote and increase K-pop’s prominence in the Greater China markets.
Joe Fang, Managing Director of Universal Music Publishing China, stated, “Now K-pop is a global phenomenon as we all know, and there has been a key bridging force between these genres in the last two decades. With China rising to become the sixth biggest music market of the world, I believe the time of C-pop is here. RYCE Publishing, with its hybrid talents and border-crossing catalogs, is a central piece of that next bridging force and I’m thrilled that UMPG will play an instrumental role in supporting these future chapters of music history.”
