It's definitely been a long time coming! VERIVERY has finally returned after a two-year break with their single album Lost and Found. The record captures the signature intensity and vigour that the quintet displays in their lyrics, music and smooth choreography.
The story of the single album is based on the meaning of "Han (恨)", that's defined as a heavy emotion fueled by unresolved hurt and regret, settling deep in one’s thoughts. The melancholy of the deep-rooted theme of the album resonates in every lyric and note allowing Lost and Found to be more than just an album but an intimate display of vulnerability.

Dongheon shares more about their contributions to the tracks as he states, "VERIVERY members participated in the lyrics or composition for all tracks included in this album to convey the story we've been wanting to share with our fans. Please give it a lot of love and support!".
Opening with the dynamic focus track 'RED (Beggin’)', it features an easter egg of the original version of the The Four Seasons’ famous track 'Beggin' but with VERIVERY's own twist that gives it all the feels of 2025. The music video combines scenes of nostalgia that clash with moments of stark reality, illustrating the group’s shift from lost youth to an uncertain but promising future.
Kangmin expresses his excitement to be back with this project as he shares, "We're back after two and a half years, and I hope you look forward to our growth and improvement that are shown in Lost and Found!".
Moving on from the fleeting memories and hopes for the future that 'RED (Beggin’)' brings, the album shifts toward a more high-octane sound with the energetic banger 'empty'. The track features Yeonho's composition and arrangement skills that perfectly capture the overwhelming mess and chaos that forms as emotions overlap and tangle together.
The final track 'Cotton Candy (Blame us)' serves as the perfect closer for the stunning single album as it thanks fans for their patience during the band's inactivity for the two years, and always sticking by them as they explore every new sonic and career direction. The R&B track features lyrics by Dongheon and Gyehyeon, who also participated in the composition of the song.
In the end, Lost and Found unfolds like a heartfelt letter, one that traces grief, renewal, and hope in equal measure. VERIVERY channels the weight of the past two years into a body of work that feels both intimate and revitalising, offering fans a glimpse into their deepest emotions while ushering in a brighter future.
