There's a lot of hype surrounding Be Charlotte, and for good reason.

While Be Charlotte is yet another classic example of a musician with abilities beyond her years — she's only 19 — her music will, very likely, leave you astounded. Her brand of swelling electronic pop is all at once inspiring and instantly appealing.

Her heightened sense of maturity in her lyrics are matched by her ear for sharp, free-wheeling melodies, and it is all fleshed out with a live band. Be Charlotte recently toured Asia and stopped by Singapore for a show at kult kafe.

We invited Be Charlotte down to The Music Parlour to perform two songs for us, standouts 'Machines That Breathe' and 'One Drop'.
