WHIB serve up a colourfully yummy 2nd mini album with 'CHERRY PIE'

WHIB are embracing a brighter side of their musical journey with the release of their 2nd mini album, CHERRY PIE, out now. The seven-member K-pop group's latest project arrives just months after ROCK THE NATION, which sold over 100,000 physical copies worldwide, marking another milestone in the group's steady rise since their 2023 debut.

Moving beyond the bold, hard-hitting energy of their previous release, CHERRY PIE explores the different emotions, experiences, and "new colours" the members have discovered together. Rather than defining themselves by a single image, WHIB present the album as a celebration of growth, individuality, and the shared path that continues to shape their identity.

"The same summer, different lights, the same path, different colors. We pass through all those colors to find our own," the group shares, describing the concept behind the release.

The mini album features five tracks, led by the title song 'CHERRY PIE', alongside 'PAGES OF US', 'MOTTO', 'CAN'T STOP=NOT FOUND', and 'MAKE IT'. Together, the songs capture the highs and lows of youth while showcasing WHIB's evolving sound through a mix of refreshing melodies, powerful performances, and emotional storytelling.

While ROCK THE NATION introduced WHIB's ambition and determination, CHERRY PIE expands on that foundation by highlighting the group's versatility. The release balances contrasting moods—from bright and refreshing to intense and passionate—reflecting the distinct personalities of all seven members while reinforcing the group's message of finding one's own unique colour.

The release also continues the momentum WHIB have built over the past year. The members recently gained wider international attention through appearances on Boys Planet 2, helping introduce the group to even more K-pop fans worldwide.

Comprised of Kim Jun-min, Ha Seung, Jin Beom, U Geon, Lee Jung, Jae-ha, and Won Jun, WHIB derive their name from "WHITE" and "BLACK", symbolising their confidence in showcasing a full spectrum of charms. With CHERRY PIE, the group invite listeners to experience the latest chapter in that journey—one filled with vibrant energy, new colours, and the excitement of discovering what comes next.
