YG Entertainment is opening its doors for aspiring artists!

On 4 March 2022, YG Entertainment announced the commencement of their global audition tour, 2022 YG Global Audition Tour, starting in Japan.

Aspiring trainees can audition online through an application form on the audition site, which closes on Thursday, 31 March 2022. The application process includes an initial screening process, in which successful applicants can then attend in-person auditions at the various stops of the YG Audition Tour in Japan.

YG will be stopping at Tokyo from 29 April to 1 May, Sendai on 3 May, Kobe on 5 May, Osaka on 6 to 8 May, Sapporo on 14 May, Nagoya on 21 May, and finally Fukuoka from 28 May to 29 May. 

Home to artists like Blackpink, IKON, WINNER, TREASURE, SOMI, and more, YG Entertainment has been one of the iconic entertainment companies in K-pop, producing legendary groups such as BIG BANG and 2NE1. Open to applicants born from 2003 to 2012, YG is on the hunt for their next big group, which many are excited about.
