Yoko Takahashi, the voice behind Neon Genesis EVANGELION opening theme 'A Cruel Angel’s Thesis', is heading to Singapore.
The Japanese singer will bring her EVANGELION Live Tour 2026 -Nocturne- to Capitol Theatre on 19 December. The concert, which starts at 7 PM, marks the tour's first stop in Singapore.
Known for her work across the EVANGELION franchise, Takahashi released 'A Cruel Angel’s Thesis' in 1995. Her catalogue also includes her rendition of 'Fly Me to the Moon' and 'Soul’s Refrain', the theme from Evangelion: Death and Rebirth.
For -Nocturne-, fans can expect a performance centred on the world of EVANGELION, exploring themes of memories, pain, love, and rebirth.
Tickets go on general sale on 30 September at 10 AM SGT, with prices ranging from S$168 to S$358. All categories come with reserved seating, while selected tiers include additional fan benefits.
