Biography

Born in dust laden bedroom studio in Subang Jaya, DANGERDISKO was conceived in 2008 by two former rock band mates; Shaheed Naz and Robotron 5000 as an escape from the normal everyday Malaysian clubbing experience. Heavily influenced by 80s pop culture, throwback music and art, the duo strived to revive the glory days of the laser infused disco 80s. Armed with reverbed snares and an attitude to match, the duo set out to conquer the world with their brand of nu disco. For over a period of four years, the duo have released a number of singles on an Italian record label, collaborated with international artists, released disco remixes of Malaysian artists and toured a number of countries including Indonesia, Hong Kong, United States of America and the United Kingdom.
