Epik High ,a popular Hip Hop group formed in 2001, composed of Tablo, Mithra Jin, DJ Tukutz opened a new chapter of over hiphop in Korea. With Tablo joining the YG Family in 2011, Mithra Jin and DJ Tukutz followed in 2012. They are well known as singer-song writers who compose both lyrics and music which cover wide range of genres by themselves. Moreover, every new albums they produced have always taken a great step towards the global music market by showing their unique perception of music and their peculiar literary lyrics. And they received public attention with their literary lyrics.
