Crazy Elephant's 21st Anniversary

Some may say 21 is the legal age and is when one reaches adulthood, but Crazy Elephant, home to Rock & Roll Blues music has never kid around from day one. A stage that has seen many internationally renowned musicians and Rock & Roll bands perform on, is set to hit another high note. 21 Years…’Born to be wild’ seems quite apt for this locally owned bar’s 21st Anniversary theme. Crazy Elephant has never quite conformed to industry expectations of what a bar should look like or feel like, with its raw graffiti furniture and décor, to the friendly staff not threaded in uniforms, to the house bands not playing mainstream play lists, the list goes on. And in true Rock & Roll Blues fashion, Crazy Elephant will once again bring Clarke Quay to life on this special night. Come, Sunday 25 October 2015, when Crazy Elephant will morph itself into a motorcycle club with an array of bad-ass choppers on display, flowing liquor and beer taps, finger-licking grub and kick-ass live Rock & Roll Blues music. A pool competition and a best dressed biker couple competition, might get you walking away with great prizes at the end of the night. Local acts such as Dirty Dealers, Good Question, The Skunk Jive and the widely acclaimed anchoring house band; THE BLUES MACHINE, will storm the stage from 6pm onwards with the night closing with a quintessential Crazy Elephant Jam Session. It promises to be another wild Crazy Elephant anniversary and we look forward to seeing all our regulars as well as the chance to welcome newcomers.
