The Every Girl Can Conference is an exclusive event organized by Mano Amiga and She Talks Asia. Attendees will be treated to dynamic conversations both on and off stage, as well as tips on living the fullest life possible, and valuable networking opportunities.

Individual speakers from the creative and corporate industries share their wealth of experience in talks throughout the day, while seasoned media practitioners and activists weigh in on what it means to be a Modern Filipina. The question “Millennials: Empowered or Entitled” is tackled by our youth panel, and women from professions as varied as ‘climate scientist’ and ‘kid’s yoga teacher’ talk about New Frontiers for Women in a round table session over lunch.

The event aims to raise awareness on gender equality and encourage conversations about female empowerment. We will also be accepting pledges of volunteer hours for our Mano Amiga mentorship program for young girls.

Every Girl Can will be hosted by Sarah Meier and moderated by Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, Jasmine Curtis Smith, and Cat Juan-Ledesma. The event is made possible by wonderful brand partners that support women and our vision.

Speakers and panelists include Baka Bukas actress Jasmine Curtis Smith, filmmaker Samantha Lee, electronic musician BP Valenzuela, Flying Ipis vocalist Deng Garcia, model and tv host Teresa Herrera, restaurateur Thea de Rivera, fashion designer and founder of Holy Carabao Holistic Farms, Hindy Weber, news anchor Karen Davila, and more.
