Turntablist, producer and co-founder of prolific hiphop syndicate Beat Junkies, J ROCC is the latest legend who will grace the console of Gem Bar on 28th August.
A household name in the local LA scene, J ROCC founded Beat Junkies in 1992, along with core member DJ Babu, and also became an addition to Jaylib (Madlib & J Dilla) at live events.
Acknowledged worldwide as a maestro on the ones and twos - J ROCC has held crowds captive with his musical journey that spans across hiphop, house, afro, disco, boogie and more.
Gem Bar has set the standard for throwing quality, intimate events featuring music gurus the likes of DJ Nu-Mark, DJ Yoda, DJ Vadim, DJ Krush, and DJ Mitsu the Beats and Grooveman Spot of Jazzy Sport crew: providing an unparalleled experience, allowing the audience to vibe, and and get up-close and personal with their favourite selectors.
