Jazzy Christmas – A Kaleidoscopic Christmas

There’s something for everyone this Jazzy Christmas, as Jeremy Monteiro and his friends from near and far bring you a kaleidoscope of swing, blues, bebop and THE jazz of tomorrow.

If you love Frank Sinatra, Steve Lippia’s voice will have you fooled that he’s come back to life and crooning his hits and holiday staples in our Concert Hall. Grammy-nominee Lippia has performed to sold-out symphony audiences across North America, so don’t miss this chance to hear him live in Singapore. Steve will sing in the show’s Swing segment which will also feature singer Joanna Dong, fresh from her stellar showing at the recent Sing! China finals. Her beckoning and swinging style will make you feel as though she is singing directly to you!

To chase the blues away, listen to the blues! If you’re feeling blue, Jeremy, Alberto Marsico on the Hammond Organ and singer Miz Dee Logwood have some hard-hitting solos, energising beats, and plenty of soul to make you feel better.

Bebop is a most energising jazz style and if you’re ready to party, Tony Lakatos turns things up a notch with some breathtaking bebop together with Jazznote recording artist Melissa Tham. Melissa was cited by the international press as having “stolen the show” during her EFG London Jazz Festival performance with Jeremy at the famed Queen Elizabeth Hall in London.

And come witness the next generation of jazz talent out of Asia including CC Lee, John Koh and Aaron James Lee, as they wow you with a dose of youthful cheer along with skills way beyond their age.

Jeremy has gathered some of his closest friends to celebrate Christmas. Why don’t you do the same, and come spend A Kaleidoscopic Christmas with us?
