Singapore's own Vocal Associates Festival Choruses made their debut in 2014 with Howard Shore's Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers under the baton of internationally renowned conductor Justin Freer. Since then, they have gone from strength to strength, performing such diverse works as Mahler's Symphony No. 8, Bernstein's Chichester Psalms and the World premiere of Alarcón's Marco Polo Trilogy. They have worked with distinguished conductors such as Timothy Reynish, Tsung Yeh and Joshua Tan.
This is a pre-tour concert for the Vocal Associates Festival Choruses who will be performing the second half of the program at Carnegie Hall in June 2016.
