Music Gala Concert in commemoration of Chung Ling High Cemetery

The Chung Ling High School Alumni (Singapore) Association proudly presents an evening of memorable music to mark the school’s 100th year anniversary.  The professional musicians of the Chung Ling Centenary Orchestra, conducted by veteran conductor, Maestro Tham Meng Kong, will perform two classical masterpieces - L’Arlesienne No. 2 by Bizet, and Finlandia by Sibelius.  Soloists for the evening will include pianists Lee Kum Sing and Ryan Wang, where they will be performing movements of Beethoven’s Piano Concertos No. 1 and 3.  Tenor soloist David Quah, will be singing a selection of Arias and Chinese art songs before we conclude the evening with Penang’s newest singing sensation Lee Pei Lin, who will be mesmerising us with a variety of Chinese and English pop songs.
