Save Kendeng : A benefit show

For some time, the people of Kendeng have been protesting on the streets for their homes and farmlands. Their governor has sold the land to a cement company to build a factory over their homes and farmlands. Not only are the lands being destroyed but water supply for farming and air conditioning will be affected by the factory. Bands, streets kids of Indonesia and people around the world are taking a stand with the people of Kendeng to help in whatever means they can. The farmers and friends in Kendeng are cementing their feet in cement as a form of protest. In support, the organizers bring you this benefit concert, where all proceeds go to helping the people of Kendeng.
