Door Donation $5 Recommended Shueh-li Ong is a synthesist, composer, producer, and “Singapore’s diva of the theremin” (Straits Times 2004). Her four albums have received praise around the world for its production value, along with her contributions in the development of new theremin performances. Played without contact, the theremin is known as the 1st electronic musical instrument, and the hardest to play. Shueh-li has recorded on her albums and worked with on her shows, such artists as; Dean Parks (Steely Dan), Curtis Randall (LeAnne Rimes), Chris Currell (MJ's BAD tour/album) and more. She is also sought out for session theremin work. Based in America, Shueh-li returns annually to Singapore and is available to collaborate, perform and teach. Her website is www.Shuehli.com.
