Come 21 November, Saturday, audio-visual collective, Syndicate SG, is back after a year- long hiatus from the club nights. This instalment explores the Lion’s Den as a new space where the headliner for this series begins with Mean from The.XS Collective as he launches his new album titled ‘NSFW’.
As an artist who constantly keeps his musical style fluid and ever-changing to create a unique and fresh brand of Hip-Hop, Mean’s performances switches between chill moods contrasting with an energetic stage presence as he brings his audiences through his soundscapes of his lyrical mind. His artistic persona is reflected in his personality and outlook which makes him a style icon in his own lane. He binds his musical, artistic and fashion authority effortlessly for one to gravitate to his aura.
Also making his Syndicate debut will be DUNCE.’s collective’s very own Isa Foong aka blankverse as he presents material from his freshly released independent EP titled ‘x | s’ which can be heard on Bandwagon and SoundCloud.
The Syndicate residents Jonathan Kiat, Intriguant, Darren Dubwise, Ko Flow will keep the beats and bass program going. On visual duty this time will be SSYSTM with hosting by emcee Elias Soh. Sound by the ever reliable B Cube Entertainment.
