Tales They Told Me – An Album Launch by Chok Kerong

Multifaceted keyboardist Chok Kerong presents his latest album, Tales They Told Me, his studio follow-up to 2015’s ELEVEN, which showcased his work as a composer and arranger. Returning to the organ trio format, Kerong shares his personal journey through plain-spoken melodies that blend shades of soul, jazz, the blues, pop and Brazilian music, exploring the meaningful connections between seemingly disparate musical sources and the essential element within these forms that unifies them all.

Performing with him are like-minded colleagues Andrew Lim (guitar) and Soh Wen Ming (drums).
