What is Jerk?
Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a very hot spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice. Join us as we break out the BBQ’s and battle 2 flavours of Jerk Marinade for the best Jerk Chicken this side of the Pacific! Our Signature One
Love Jerk Chicken will be specially grilled on our brand new barrel BBQ! Members of the Singapura Dub Club will be competing their own homemade marinades, and we need your voice to tell us your favourite recipe!
