aespa just unveiled their first mini-album Savage.

On Tuesday (10/05), the metaverse K-Pop quartet dropped their highly anticipated mini-album Savage, which "crosses multiple genres", via SM Entertainment. Prior to the record's release, it made at least 400,000 pre-orders.

The 6-track offering takes a deeper dive into aespa's diverse and versatile sound. It includes the trap title track, 'Savage', which features powerful rap verses and stuck-in-your-head worthy hooks, as aespa confront the 'Black Mamba' with the help of their assistant "naevis".

Savage further explores aespa's growth through colorful, vibrant tones to display their fierce and confident attitude. It was written by Yoo Young Jin, KENZIE, DEEZ, SAAY, 조윤경 (Jo Yoon Kyung), and Ellie Suh.

Kill Dave, Pat Morissey, Jess Corazza, Kirsten Collins, Jia Lih, Hautboi Rich, Timothy "Bos" Bullock, Brandon Green, Sophie Curtis, Val Del Prete, Timothy Tan, Hayley Kiyoko, Paul Phamous, IMLAY, Coach & Sendo, and Marcus Lomax are also credited in composing and arranging Savage.
