Bandwagon Mix #48: Yeule (Zoom Lens)

Every week, Bandwagon invites a guest to do a mix for us. Rather than a standard interview where the artist explains their influences, we figured it’d be more potent if you simply listened to the music.

We provide the context, they provide the sounds.

We've been huge fans of precocious Singaporean musician Yeule for some time now (read our profile on her here). Whether she's wowing unsuspecting spectators at live shows or earning online plaudits through her releases, the young singer-producer has straight-up been killing it over the last couple of years. The up-and-comer has already dropped one critically-acclaimed EP entitled yeule [ZL-20] under Zoom Lens and she has plenty more up her sleeves pretty soon. We asked Yeule to drop by the Bandwagon Mix with a selection of her recent influences, ranging from trip hop to new retro wave.
