BLACKPINK just debuted atop the Hot Trending Songs chart.
On 24 August, Billboard unveiled this week's music chart which sees the K-pop powerhouse taking the top spot with their new single 'Pink Venom'. This makes BLACKPINK the first-ever act to debut at No. 1 on the Hot Trending Songs chart.

Following BLACKPINK is the group's very own LISA with her solo tracks 'LALISA' and 'MONEY' at No. 2 and 3 respectively.

BLACKPINK are the third group to top the Hot Trending Songs chart since its inception in 2021, following Korean global pop icons BTS and P-pop pioneers SB19.
'Pink Venom' comes as the first single from BLACKPINK's upcoming sophomore album, BORN PINK which is slated for release this September. The track comes as their long-awaited comeback since their 2020 album, THE ALBUM.
The group will be performing their new song live for the first time at this year's MTV VMAs, which will be happening on 28 August. BLACKPINK are also nominated for the newly released category Group Of The Year, as well as Best Metaverse Performance.
