BTS' Jimin to release new solo album, 'FACE,' this March

Jimin's new music is almost here.

In a surprise Weverse Live (with Jimin putting together a Valentine's Brown Bear LEGO set), the multi-awarded artist shared that his forthcoming solo album is slated for release sometime this March.

On 24 February 2023, BIGHIT Music revealed that Jimin will be releasing his first studio album titled FACE. The forthcoming album is slated for release on 24 March, 1 PM KST.

BTS member Jimin will be releasing his first solo album “FACE”  “FACE” is all about Jimin facing himself head-on as he gets ready for his next step as a solo artist.  Jimin will see the fans through various activities including the “FACE” release so we ask for your continued interest and support for Jimin’s first official solo activity.

According to a press release, "FACE delves into Jimin’s story of fronting his true self and making a new leap forward as an artist. Through FACE, Jimin will present his own musicality with distinct timbre and impeccable dance performance."

The album will come in three versions: Invisible Face (CD), Undefinable Face (CD), and Weverse Album (digital).

Pre-orders begin on 22 February, 11 AM KST via Weverse Shop.

The 'Promise' singer had been working on his first official solo offering over the past year, as part of BTS' "Chapter 2."

The BTS member most recently teamed up with K-pop icon Taeyang for 'VIBE'. He was also named a global ambassador for Dior, and made his Paris Fashion Week debut alongside j-hope.
