The biggest heavy metal festival in the Asia-Pacific region just got a lot bigger

Download Festival returns to Melbourne, Australia, for its second run in March of 2019 after a highly successful debut earlier this year that saw the likes of Mastodon and Limp Bizkit perform to over 30,000 attendees. As previously reported, Download Australia will be expanding to Sydney next year and will share the same line-up as Melbourne. 

The festival, which will take place in Sydney on 9 March and Melbourne on 11 March will see the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Slayer, Judas Priest, Alice In Chains, Ghost, Rise Against, The Amity Affliction, Converge, Code Orange and many more take the stage. 

Tickets for the highly anticipated festival are set to go on sale to general public on Wednesday, 26 September, 11am SGT. General Admission Passes will cost SGD $189, RIP passes will cost S$299 and Double Down(load) passes, which will grant you access to both festivals in Sydney and Melbourne, will cost S$360. Tickets will be available for purchase here.
