Street parties are all the rage these days and Singapore's been blessed by more than its fair share of great ones this year, from Potato Head Folk's Sinocentric Keong Saik Carnival in May to Lime House's Carribean-themed street party at Jiak Chuan Road earlier this month.

And now it looks like one of Singapore's most famous nightlife streets will be joining in the fun! Yes, the Spa Esprit Group will be hosting the first-ever Amoy Street Block Party in conjunction with establishments such as Ding Dong, Bochinche, Employees Only, Le Binchotan, Burger Joint, Maggie Joan’s and Gemmills.

Ding Dong and Bochinche are both owned by Spa Esprit and have just recently moved to Amoy Street, so you can think of this as one helluva of a house warming party for the new kids on the block.

From 3pm to 10pm, attendees can expect to partake in a wide variety vendors, activities and live performances, highlighted by names such as DJ KFC and British headliner DJ Roscius.

After which the festivities move indoors into Ding Dong, as the restaurant space transforms into a retro dancefloor all the way till midnight.
