K-POP powerhouse (G)I-DLE has officially shed the “G” and its parentheses, reintroducing themselves to the world as i-dle—a symbolic step toward breaking labels and embracing boundless creativity. As they celebrate their 7th anniversary, members MIYEON, MINNIE, SOYEON, YUQI, and SHUHUA have taken to social media to mark the rebranding, signaling a fresh chapter beyond gendered identity and format.

The group’s new logo—a minimalist structure of lowercase letters ‘i, d, l, e’—incorporates a star formed by five “i” dots, representing unity and infinite potential. This evolution reflects their deep-rooted identity: five artists, one voice, limitless directions.
With every member renewing contracts with CUBE Entertainment, the transformation is more than aesthetic—it's an artistic declaration. Known for their hands-on approach in songwriting, composing, and producing, i-dle remains committed to authenticity and innovation in music.
Since debuting with LATATA in 2018, the group has delivered chart-toppers like 'TOMBOY', 'Nxde', 'Queencard', and 'Super Lady'. Their 2nd Full Album 2 and Mini Album I SWAY have both surpassed the million-seller mark, with 'Super Lady' and B-side 'Fate' dominating domestic and global charts.
Their latest world tour iDOL connected 200,000 fans across 14 cities, capping off a year of accolades including the Grand Record Award at the 2024 Korea Grand Music Awards and Record of the Year at the 2024 MMA.
