Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sigur Ros, Disclosure and more confirmed for Fuji Rock Festival

It's festival season yet again in Japan, and Fuji Rock Festival has knocked it out of the park this round.

After hosting Muse, Foo Fighters, and Motorhead (R.I.P. Lemmy) last year, the long-running weekend festival has announced its first round of artists scheduled for its 2016 edition —  Sigur Ros and Red Hot Chili Peppers have been revealed as headliners, amidst an eclectic selection of acts.

SingJazz Festival 2016 helped made it possible for us to bring you this week's news. (What is this?)

Sing Jazz returns for its third run, featuring a stunning array of modern and legendary acts over one weekend. Use our promo code JAZZ4BANDWAGON for 10% off advance tickets.

Fuji Rock Festival has gotten the two influential rock acts alongside breakout duo Disclosure, singer-songwriter Ben Harper with his backing band The Innocent Criminals, saxophonist Kamasi Washington, soul revivalist Leon Bridges, and experimental electronic music legend Squarepusher. Laneway Festival alumni, such as Battles, Courtney Barnett and The Internet, are also set to make appearances.
