[28 June]: On Sunday (27/06), Jeon Soyeon, the leader of K-pop girl group (G)I-DLE, released concept photos for her upcoming mini-album, Windy. This marks the South Korean rapper’s first solo debut.

To promote the mini-album, the rapper has released a scheduler for teasers of her solo debut to her fans on Twitter, with behind the scenes vlogs titled Blooming Windy Day and a concept teaser clip being released on YouTube.

Scheduled to be released on 5 July at 6 PM KST, the mini-album contains the lead single ‘BEAM BEAM’, ‘Weather’, ‘Quit’ and ‘Psycho’. It also includes ‘Is this bad b****** number?’, a collaboration with BIBI and Lee Young-ji.

In December 2020, Soyeon, along with PENTAGON’s Hui and AB6IX’s Lee Dae Hwi produced songs for the Top 7 battle on CAP-TEEN. With (G)I-DLE, she has recently released a new single titled ‘Last Dance’ in April 2021.
