Additional shows have been announced for the Singapore stop of Hamilton's first international tour.
Originally scheduled to play at Marina Bay Sands' Sands Theatre from 19 April 2024 to 26 May 2024, the musical will now remain in the Lion City until 9 June 2024.
In a post on social media on 22 January, the organisers of Hamilton's international tour cited "overwhelming demand" as the reason for the two-week extension of the production's Singapore residency.

Guests on the waitlist for the Singapore leg of Hamilton's international tour, as well as Maybank cardmembers and Klook members, will be given access to the pre-sale of tickets to the additional shows at 10 AM SGT on 24 January.
The general sale will commence via SISTIC and Marina Bay Sands Ticketing at 10 AM SGT on 25 January.
Featuring music and lyrics from Lin-Manuel Miranda and based on a biography by Ron Chernow, Hamilton tells the story of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton using a blend of hip-hop, R&B, Broadway, and jazz influences. Its international tour's cast includes Jason Arrow, DeAundre' Woods, Rachelle Ann Go, David Park, and more.
